Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must occur prior to fulfillment of or shipping of orders. Please remember that processing of orders takes from 24 to 48 hours from the time it is received. There is no fee for cancelling an order.
Return/Refund Policy
Our ultimate goal is to provide you, the customer, with a completely rewarding shopping experience when dealing with Sassy Kitchen. To that end, we are willing to accept a return and/or exchange on any product we sell for any reason within 10 days after receipt of the item. The item(s) being returned must be in their original condition. All credit refunded will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number before shipping the item back. The following conditions apply to all returns, exchanges and refunds.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on items being returned or exchanged. Refunds and/or exchanges will be provided once the item has been received in its original condition. The refunded amount will be what you paid for the item being returned only. We do not refund any original shipping costs the customer may have paid. For items with "Free Shipping", you will be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping expenses paid by Sassy Kitchen to ship the product to you.
All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization. Contact us by phone or email to receive an RA number prior to returning any items. Items without RA numbers will not be accepted.
We cannot give refunds for items lost or damaged during the return shipping. Please send your items back via insured and traceable shipping methods.
All non-defective merchandise will incur a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. This fee is applied for orders returned or cancelled after the product has shipped.

If order is Incorrect or Damaged
If your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged in shipment, please contact us. We will make every effort to make sure your order is corrected to your satisfaction at no charge to you.
